I mean seriously, I just created this thing. How'd you already find me?
Well, doesn't matter. You're here now. Or you aren't and I'm just talking to myself. But that's not unheard of, so...onward!
My plan for this blog is as an outlet for anything I want to write related to programming, and some non-programming-but-computer-related things. I might throw some completely unrelated things in here if I want a place to post something, but I might create a separate blog if that occurs (still new to this whole blogging thing).
My primary reason for creating this is that I've heard it will help make me a better writer. But I've also occasionally run across things that I wanted to post somewhere, just to get it out of my system. Now I'll have a place to do that (and if I can remember what those previous ones were I might actually write them up).
Posts will probably be sporadic, and I can't guarantee the quality (but hopefully correct spelling at least. yay firefox spell checking in text areas!). Most likely the initial posts will be related to Ruby, as I'm currently teaching myself how to code in Ruby, but may branch into work-related things as well.
I made a blog! It's about computers and programming and probably (for now) mostly about learning ruby.
